This hotel is in a fantastic location, near all the main sights of the city. It's just a short walk to Circular Quay, where you can catch a ferry or simply enjoy the stunning waterfront. You can also easily explore the shops around Pitt St for some retail therapy. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four, and the bed quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of healthy options, including the chance to make your own fresh vegetable juice. Additionally, the hotel staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The service at the downstairs bar could be improved, as there seemed to be a lack of attention to individual customers due to larger groups taking up the center stage.

we had booked a room with a view to the opera and harbour bridge and got one on the 28th floor. absolutely recommendable! rooms have some of the charm of past years but are comfortable. breakfast area is spacious. we liked the tables in a separate room above the entrance with a large window to the city centre. breakfast offer was almost perfect. hotel shines with great staff and its lounge on the 31st floor with roof terrace. 200 aud per day is something you should treat yourself to. location near circular quay and botanical garden was important to us.

The cleanliness of the bathroom (hair!) was not perfect. A shower curtain and 5 stars are actually mutually exclusive. The reception was well utilized, so one had to expect noticeable waiting times.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with fine views of the city and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We especially liked the fact that our room was serviced early and kept clean throughout our stay. Another highlight was the amazing view of the harbor bridge and opera house, which added to the charm of our experience.

Friendly staff, lovely room, old-meets-modern vibe, in-house dining options, close to CBD, Circular Quay. Excellent service, clean pool, and great facilities. New rooms are comfortable and modern. Ideal location for a one-night stay, comfortable bed, well-appointed and clean room. Currently undergoing renovations with limited lobby facilities, but staff are doing their best. Delicious breakfast.

The access to the terrace is only accessible from the executive rooms.

They have a restaurant on the main floor with a good mefip atmosphere day and evening. All the tables are always reserved even if the place is empty

We had an amazing luxurious stay at this hotel. the room advantages were exclusive and fulfilled our needs. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna were so relaxing. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. the location advantages made it easy to explore the city.

There was nothing we didn't like. I don't think it can be beaten. Everything was perfect, even the waiting times, were not many. Everything is excellent.

a little too much crowd to have breakfast during the 8 days and sometimes the staff is not friendly at the reception. otherwise the quality of the buffet is up to the hotel's sign . the bathrooms should be renovated with showers .

The rooms have stunning views of the Domain, city, Botanic Gardens, and Sydney Harbour. Exceptional service from friendly staff throughout the hotel. The beautifully restored building and its architecture create a lovely ambiance. Comfortable and stylish room with modern decor, auto curtains, and a dimmer switch. The Treasury Bar offers fabulous cocktails and a great atmosphere. The hotel has a pleasant scent, giving it a beautiful and welcoming ambiance. The buffet restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly.

The Intercontinental Sydney hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from popular sightseeing spots. The buffet dinner offered good value and the building architecture is amazing.

Having to pay $200 to get to the top roof!!!

We had an excellent stay for a week at Intercontinental. The view from our room was luxurious, overlooking Circular Quay. The bar had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was yummy, with a fun juicer to make our own interesting juices. The hotel has a stunning pool with panoramic views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The beds were very comfortable and the pillow menu was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the late check-out and the bonus welcome fruit platter.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Very rich, delicious breakfast at a reasonable price-performance ratio, super central location of the hotel in direct proximity to the opera/port, very friendly, extremely correct staff, who (almost) always try to find a solution in the sense of the guest

some of the facilities and furniture are in great need of renovation, in my opinion, especially the bathroom should be renovated. somewhat outdated furnishing of this hotel is for me the reason for a only halfway good price-performance ratio.

The IDEAL location of the hotel for those who go to the opera or attend a concert (7mn on foot!). Quality of accommodation that justifies the price. A reduction in the final bill would still be appreciable. Efficient, smiling, discreet staff. Reassuring attendance.

The pool's not great... not deep enough.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the staff were helpful, especially when I lost my camera in a taxi. the location was perfect and allowed easy access to many main attractions in this city, including beautiful gardens in a spring month and Sydney Harbor attractions.

The hotel is in a prime location, just steps away from the Opera House and Circular Quay. The food options are amazing, and the ferry terminal is very close by. The buffet breakfast is awesome, and the harbour view is breathtaking. the rooms have unique and elegant features, such as a bathtub and magazines.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the amenities in the room were great. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and spaciousness of the room. The views from our room were also great, overlooking the Conservatorium and the botanic gardens. The late checkout offer as a loyalty member was a nice bonus. Despite a minor issue with the credit card payment during checkout, the hotel quickly resolved the matter, showing their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend staying at the Intercontinental Sydney as it offers a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service.

Great view of the harbor and comfortable beds. Good location for sightseeing and easy access to transportation. Enjoyed the indoor pool and well-appointed gym. Juicer in breakfast area was fun to use. Friendly and sincere service.

We had a lovely stay at Intercontinental, the location is perfect and the room was spacious with a fine view. The staff assisted us quickly and effectively when we had an issue with parking. we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
